Order
Processing Time
Orders
are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders generally
take 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
Sales
Tax
A sales tax of 10.25% is added to all orders shipped
to Illinois addresses. Sales tax will not be charged
on shipments to recipients outside of Illinois.
Product
Availability
Occasionally, as a result of heavy demand a product
may become temporarily unavailable. We always try
to post updated stock levels on our web site. If a
product you ordered is backordered we will contact
you via email with a possible in stock date. We reserve
the right to change product pricing and availability
without notice.
Shipping
We are now shipping all domestic (48 states)
orders via FedEx Ground only. FedEx will not ship
to a P.O. Box address, therefore an actual street
address is required. All packages shipped via FedEx
include insurance and can be tracked with the confirmation
number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We
are only using USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii,
and U.S. Military Bases.
We
charge a flat shipping rate of $8 for all orders under
$100. Orders that are $100 or more receive free ground
shipping.
International
Orders/Shipping
We currently ship only to the United States. International
orders are not accepted at this time although we are
looking into international shipping sometime in the
near future.
Damaged
Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products
so they reach our customers safely. It is very unusual
for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should
happen, this is what to do: If a package arrives damaged,
please email us immediately. Claims for damages must
be received by Dynamite Designs, LLC within 7 business
days of receipt of merchandise without exception,
or be forever waived. We will make arrangements for
the carrier to inspect the goods and then return them
to us, free of cost to yourself. Please do not return
damaged goods to us without contacting us first or
you will invalidate the insurance. Keep all original
packaging, including cartons and contents, until the
claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary
to make the packaging available to the carrier for
additional inspection. After we receive
damaged goods back here via the carrier, we will ship
a replacement - of the same item - to you at no cost.
Most cases will typically be resolved in five to seven
days after we receive your claim and additional claim
documentation, unless additional time for research
time is needed.
Lost/Stolen
Shipments
If your package does not arrive please contact
us immediately so we can investigate. Although we
are not responsible for lost or stolen packages we
will work with the carrier to resolve the problem.
Return
Policy
Please inspect your order carefully. All
of our products are thoroughly inspected before they
are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible
product. In the event of damage during shipping, please
contact us within 3 business days of receiving your
purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales
are final. We will replace broken items when possible
or we will offer a replacement on damaged items from
shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products
for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping
cannot be accepted.
